How to Choose an Aquor Hose Connector

If you have a Hydrant V1+, choose a vacuum-breaker hose connector. (Such as a VB Hose Connector w/ Ball Valve, or Wide Grip VB Hose Connector.)

If you have a Hydrant V2+, you can choose ANY hose connector. The V2+ already has a vacuum-breaker in the hydrant.

If you have an RV Inlet, choose a hose connector WITHOUT a vacuum-breaker. For an inlet, you want water to flow backwards. We recommend our CN-F removable faucet.

Hydrant inlets are compatible with all hydrants and marine/RV valves except Ground Hydrants.

Hydrants come with 1/2″ NPT threading as standard.

For international customers, we also make BSP-threaded inlets.

Inlets attach with an O-ring seal, so they can be unscrewed up to 360° while watertight. This is useful for positioning elbow inlets.

How to Choose a Mounting Solution

Teak blocks are best for retrofits or new construction with lap siding, but can be adapted other types. For new construction, we recommend using 1″ or 5/4″ metal flashing across the top.

Stainless mounting plates are best for masonry or brick siding. They extend the mounting holes, allowing you to cover a larger or irregular entry hole.

Stainless mounting boxes are best for new construction. They are ideal for stucco, stone, brick, lap siding, and more.
